who has installed the new Tri glide Passenger arm rests?

would like feed back on anyone who installed them .. i have ordered them

I ordered a set off eBay with no instructions, (used) look great and built great, mmm, lousy pics on line for an install that seems, so so. Which means i couldn't see and they didn't tell enuff.

Cant get them to fit my rack, and i may have to make a plate and drill holes and on an on, hey its suppose to bolt on, aint that the way they sell this stuff.

Im challenged for the moment, but other dramas have entered the fray, the Bendix i bought is like the other too big Bendix for my shovel, man, they jus keep shoveling **** that don't fit. Too bad it aint funny.

A set of Kuryukans on the Waco Craigslist for $100 or best offer. Get mine mounted i will be back with pics, in the meantime they look like the cows meow. Whatever that means.

I was at the HD dealer last week and watched for a while as they were installing the HD armrests on another customer's Trike. The installer removed the tour pack and put a template on top of the trunk to drill holes. I don't know all that was involved but it was at least a 2 hour install by somebody that hopefully knew what he was doing and had all the right equipment. Not a job for me to tackle on my own.

I was talking about the Harley Factory armrests .. the just came out Sept 30th ...I ordered n them and I know its a tough install .. my dealer is going to install all the accessories as soon as i hit the 1,000 mile service .. I am at 760 miles right now ...

Yes thats pretty much what they look like on the HD site ....just have not seen or heard of anyone that has them on a trike .... yet .. "not easy to install" by shade tree guys ...

this is my wives' first trike .. planning on quite a bit traveling once she get all the accessories installed ($4k worth..argh:Angel:) and the 1,000 mile "shake down" service done.... she's finally getting it to go into neutral ...and double checking the the rear "trap door" to make sure its shut....... (I wonder if Harley hired some engineers from the VW Diesel group?:AGGHH:) forgive me Willy G
