Obviously I have one of those "self-evident" ones...it was actually put on me by Charlie Keller from "Honda Hoot Fame", many years ago...it has become so dominant, even "off-screen" that most Folks know me by it instead of David...Post up Folks.....OK, drives me crazy Stan...explain "Boscoporp".....;):wtg:

Someone told me i had a redneck, so it goes on,grinn

but then again, we all have a little bit of red on our necks, grinn

When I was in the navy, my radio call sign was Bad Juju. I know--oh brother! But you don't pick your call sign--some clever ops officer or other senior person does, so don't blame me. Anyway, I shortened it a little for Trike Talk, but I will sometimes answer to Bad Juju when I'm in a good mood. :D

Back in 1995 I bought a new pro-street custom bike while at Bike Week in Daytona. It had custom paint, a big inch S&S motor and giant long shot pipes that were deafening. My ride buddies hated riding behind me and nick-named it "Bazooka Bike" so the name Bazooka or Zook followed me as my ride club handle.

I call them biker names!
Mine comes from, obviously, my passion of many, many years. That of being a Reserve Deputy Sheriff. I am a fairly big sized guy with a deep gruff voice.
It didn't take fellow bikers very long to hang "DeputyDawg" on me, which got shortened to Dawg by some.

The SB is for Sugar Bear (Stormys Burley Sugar Bear) 2000 model Palomino Paint Gelding

Stormy is his mothers name 1992 model Red Dun Quarter Horse

When I am not riding my trike, I am riding SB.

Got mine in HS too...Bad MVA down by Roosevelt Statium when I was 16...School Football Game just got out and I crawled into a flipped vehicle to put pressure on a bleed (basic First Aid Class as Life Guard in the CYO)...kids at schoold tagged me...'85 finially became an EMT/ Rescue Instructor...and the Tag was ressurected!

Same as my dog-----named her meredog so i would'nt have to try and remember her name-all i do is holler "mere dog" and she comes a runnin---have a cat named "mere cat" too.

Used to have a dog named dog a white cat named blackie and black cat named whitey--------

LunchBox is kid slang for a fun person or a least it used to be. I started using it 11 years ago when I began Christian Clowning, it became my name. 1983 is the year I graduated from The Citadel.

I race offroad super Buggie class and if there is a jump, I'm usually flyin it out .... hence the buggie PILOT

OK, this up my alley....I'm a past Race Car, Kart, Motorcycle, Dune Buggy, Slot Car, R/C Car Racer.......GOOD STUFF...I think we need a Thread with some of your recent racin' and Pics.....:wtg:

ScalpHunter's is a true story - he was riding in Colorado with a group of "OLDER GENTLEMEN" when one who was wearing a toupee lost it in the breeze. John's quick reflexes permitted him to reach up and grab the hairpiece in mid-flight. At the next stop, John gave the topper back to the balding gent, who christened him that very day as ScalpHunter! My own name is self-explanatory (as long as Clairol stays in business!).

Li'l Pest's & my names came from when we were heavy into historical reenacting. Both due to times we sould have kept our mouths shut. We've had 'em for right at 20 years & there are a LOT of people who only know us by these names. When they hung that name on 'Pest, they couldn't have peged her any better, as they found out. There used to be a saying "on the mountain" -- "Don't pi$$ off the 'Pest!" A FEW did & found out why they were told not to. 'Course the guy who started that was called "Sasquach" & the guy who named me was called "No Bear". If ya want the whole stories behind our names, those fall into the "good campfire tales" catagory.

Whoa - most of these make my screen name look boring. I live int the Ozarks, and I ride.
Spelled with a "Y" because on another forum I messed up registering, didn't take but wouldn't let me log in with ozarkrider, so it became ozarkryder.

Many years ago, I joined the Marines with several buddies. I was the first one that was promoted to Sergeant and they all started calling me Sarge. It stuck even after we got back home. The 78 is the year we joined and 82 is the year we got out.

Retired from 23 years of law enforcement and for the last 15 years of my duty they just called me The Captain. It has stuck within our community even after I retired.

I pulled mine out of a hat.

Actually it was given to me from another site Moderator for another HD site. After working to try and get their bike to run properly the Moderator came to see me. A few hours later it would run like a scalded ape.

After trying to get back into the other site I couldn't so I sent an email for help... found out they changed my screen name. Was a joke that sort of stuck.

hitime (pronounced High Time) was hung on me by a flight instructor who used the term like many would use "skippy", "scooter" and the like. It kinda stuck on me for quite a while, and became the first password I was given for access to computerized aircraft maintenance records. I use it on about a half dozen message boards.
