Sirlion steak fresh off the smoker done with mesquite for flavor and my wife's southern style potato salad. Almost forgot to snap a pic before I chowed down. I already had it cut up and ate a few bites before I thought of a pic!

Yep......Mustard on a Dog.....Ketchup on a Burger...

In the other United States i think they use Mayonnaise..
