Our 14 year old grill finally bit the dust, 1st meal on the new one:

Flank steak marinated in Adobo sauce and orange juice, green beans, tomatoes, and onions with garlic, cumin, and coriander, topped with Feta cheese, and a little southern tater salad

Tonight I made marinated chicken burritos, started the marinading at 10 this morning, rub, olive oil, and a touch of cider vinegar ... grilled, pinto beans, Mexican cheese blend all wrapped in a grilled flower tortilla ... they were good .. but forgot to take pics

Flank steak. Cut a pocket in the side the length of the steak. Stuff it with mozzarella and dry salami. Skewer it closed and BBQ! Baked potato. Apple sauce. Corn on the cob. Beer (of course).

Haven't tried Possum yet. I am partial to Armadillo, though.
