Now won't the whole front fender get clogged with mud and crud with such small clearance between the the tire?
Well, I'm not exactly going trail riding...The road is flat and I keep gravel on it, but this time of year, it's wet(Seattle). Even at 5-10 mph, you get a little fling-up behind the wheel.

On top of those, the 9 degree trees for the 21" wheel was $840.
