Stage II done

Had my '17 TG in the shop this week. Just got a new air cleaner assembly, new mufflers, new cam, lifters and pushrods. A cat delete and a tune. Runs a lot better and a little louder. Sounds like a Harley now.

Used Woods WM8-22X Cam. TC HP+99-19 BT tappet kit.

New intake, filter and tune yesterday. It's like a new Trike now.

Installed a set of Ledgends shocks, and a Rekluse clutch slave cylinder, tomorrow suppose to be 50 degrees, so hoping for a test ride.

Washed the trike but not on purpose, lol. We went for a breakfast run, about 50 miles round trip, a nice 60 degrees and sunny, we hadn't left the restaurant after eating and got more than a mile when it started raining, too late for the rain gear so we just headed home. That's the way it goes sometimes.

Sometimes when you get caught in the rain by the time you pull over and put on rain gear you'er already wet and it doesn't matter so you just ride it out...ThumbUp...

Hey Bob...not sure if you knew but, Lake Erie HD is NO LONGER. they closed up early this yr.. After George died and the son took over the dealership went to hell...

I purchased my 2020 TriGlide there in August this year. They were very much open and selling record number of bike/ trikes.

They always treated me very well being that I was a traveler and got me in and out and service the bike with no issues

I installed all the things from DK you mentioned above plus the oil cooler and relocation kit and 606 air cleaner/filter and EBS for my 2016 TG about 2- 3 years ago. You will like the improvements you get with these items. My trike runs better and cooler. I have the Wards FCS fans which are basically the same as the might mites. You will not regret doing all these mods.

Seems like you are on the right track, when service calls for front fork service consider an upgrade there as well I did and what a of improvement. Congratulations on the upgrades. Travel safe Fred

I used a front tire. Will see what mileage I get, then go from there. How is the shoulder going?

Dr, tomorrow & hopefully I will be able to quit sleeping in the chair .with a sling (3 weeks tonite). Have had very little pain, just a few nites & only took a couple Tylenol & all was good. Thanks for asking.

That's great to hear Bill, hope your appointment goes well.

If the doc says just a little bit longer on the sling and chair, I can recommend a very comfortable park bench in a quaint little city that will do the trick

I took a ride with the Tri-Glide to Walmart a short while ago....Parked it in the Walmart parking lot for almost an hour ....And low and behold when i came back the hub caps were still there...:clapping:...

Maintenance before ride

Tightened up the manual parking brake on my 2011 Tri Glide, preparing for ride with my wife this afternoon. It may be cold, but it will be great.
