West Coast ride

We are planning a west coast ride this summer and will be taking just over two weeks to do it. We have it tentatively planned out and will be just a few miles shy of 4,000 miles. We will be headed west to Oregon and then ride the coast up into Washington. We are expecting iron butts by the time we are done but have no doubt we will enjoy it to the max!

Have a safe and great time. Being from the South, riding the Pacific coast is on my bucket list dreams.

A few years ago we took Rt. 101 up the coast from SF to Seattle. We were pulling a 39' 5th wheel and not on a motorcycle ride though. No matter what your butt is sitting on that is a great drive/ride though!

This year we are going back to Oregon, but then cutting up into northern Idaho, Montana and making our way over and down to Deadwood for the rally. We keep saying there are tons of places on the east coast we haven't been to but then we end up going west again.

We did the west coast trip last year and started in southern California and made it up to Oregon and loved every mile of it. Our only regret is we never made it up to Washington state. Have a great trip!
