I'm looking forward to viewing the posts on this site. I have been riding since 1968 but got my first trike in September of 2021. My wife has never ridden and neither of us are comfortable with riding 2 up on just 2 wheels. We have been out for a couple of 1 hour rides and can't wait for the weather to warm up so we can do more. We travel in our motorhome and plan to take the trike on some of the trips.
I bought a 1999 GL1500SE with a Tri King conversion kit. The bike belonged to an older couple and the wife continued to ride after her husband passed away. The wife passed away about 4 years ago and the bike sat in a barn until I bought it.
The only issue that I have with it right now is the left rear brake cylinder has leaked and saturated the brakes shoes so I need to replace them. I would greatly appreciate any info that anyone has on a 2000-2001 Tri King conversion so I can find the right parts.
thanks for letting me join the group.
