TRI GLIDE AIR FILTER QUESTION

There are several companies that make air cleaners that are more low profile that may help. Does your air cleaner still have the heads venting into them, that could be a source of heat. A freer flowing air cleaner will keep the cover somewhat cooler.

I ordered a new air cleaner that is a lower profile and is more ope,n supposed to be here on Monday

new air cleaner made a big difference, it runs cooler and my leg doesn't hit against it

nice ride today, new air filter took it from 32 mpg to 37

new air cleaner, exhaust wrap, tank lift. floorboard extenders, still a little hot on the leg, but it's bearable now, I guess love jugs are next when my ship comes in

What kind of mufflers are you running, stock? Before I put fans on it I would spend the money on something that might cool it down some plus increase you performance. Have you considered maybe headers and new slip-on mufflers?

They might have to throw a tune on it afterwards but it might be worth considering.

I dont really know, I think the exhaust is stock, but not sure
