Tow Pac gurus

I have figured out most of the adjustments except for one, toe-in. Or outrigger wheels being parallel with the rear motorcycle tire. I get the principle just not the how to. From what I have gleaned from my 2 weeks of searching is loosen the four axle mounts & adjust the toe-in.Pretty much what Tow Pac techs told me, what they failed to mention is adjust what. I have changed engines & trannies not to mention various parts in & out of the motor bay in quite a few vehicles but suspension has me befuddled. From what I see is loosen the 4 bolts & adjust the bolt running through the rubber damper but have no experience with suspensions. Thank you in advance for any help.
