New to the forum and I'm in the process of having my 09 Wing converted to a Trike Shop IRS. I have seen the tagalong trailer (www.tagalongtrailer.info) and I like the way it looks and the fact that I can put my 1800 saddlebags to good use. I would like to hear from anyone that has them and ask your opinion about any downside issues with them. Thanks in advance for any response.

I'm build a kit to convert your bags to Travel Bags for the Gl1500 & the GL1800.

I like those too, but I think they may be a little overpriced. I would imagine that with a little fabrication ability, you could build your own for quite a bit less than they are asking for the kit. I plan on doing that myself, probably this next winter. I asked for, and kept the bags and fender from when they triked my wing. The trickiest part will be making a cover for the gap between the bags on the top. Probably any good upholstery shop could do that.
