Strange noises to me?

2009 Honda goldwing trike 23000 miles. Still don't know what the noise is that comes from the bike while accelerating. It's bad in all gears, 4 th is the worst. Went back to dealer he says it's how they all sound. After a while it really gets to you. Has a sort of a growling whine sound but when you let off gas it goes away. By the way it's a new roadsmith. Anyone else have the problem?

check out the drive shaft. some conversions had issues with them.

After going to a couple of trike dealers I have no problem just regular goldwing noise!!!'! Whew!

I have a 2009 with road smith 10,000 miles and no strange noise. I would watch it closely. Have you talked to road smith about it?

You might consider a change of engine oil which is also the tranny.... it totally quieted down mine and smoothed out the shifts.... we're using Mobil 1 4T Full Synthetic 10W40 Racing with a stock Honda Filter changed at 8 - 10K depending on riding conditions. Just a thought if your still using stock oil ... FYI
