I converted my 2007 Softail Deluxe to a trike and even after changing out the triple-tree with EZ STEER my front end seems to wobble pretty bad and running over a small branch or pebbles wobbles the front end . I do not feel safe riding it even at a low speed , any ideas?

It sounds like your trees are loose. Make sure the steering head stem is torqued to the proper specs. Who installed it and what degree of rake?

What brand conversion is it ? Sounds like TOO much air pressure in the rear tires or the springs are adjusted to hard. What size and type tires are on the rear ?

Conversion is from The Trike Life of FLA Rebecca who sells on eBay , tires are 225 60 R 15 and 34 psi , front is 32 psi . It's a Softail so no springs

Way too much air in the rears and not enough for the front. 20-22 psi in the rear and min 35 psi front. Check the steering stem is not loose and you should be on your way.

When I did my super glide and added a 6 degree rake the fron end did as you said I had it tqed at factory specs. Raised to to +5 lbs and it was good to go.
if they used bearings like the all balls it will be good. Factory bearings, not so sure.
i agree the neck bearings are the problem.
