I would like to know everyone"s opinion on the optimum air pressure to run in the tires for the best performance and ride.......

I changed my front tire out at 30k because I needed to replace the leaking value. I probably could have gone another 20k but didn't want to go thru removing the tire assembly again so soon. I saw a wear pattern in the center (high tire pressure) so now I only put in 38/39 in the front and 24 in the rear. I also lowered the front shocks by one click and the Stallion rides soooo much smoother. I have told other Stallion owners and they have also reset their tires and shocks to a pleasant surprise.

On each shock you will see a cam which rotates and rides on some stops. You should have received a tool with your bike to rotate the cam. It is similiar to shock adjustment tools used on a lot of bikes, but larger. To soften the ride you want the cam to rest on a higher notch on the cam. I have mine set on the second notch.
Sorry, I don't follow you there, mount or spring? You probably have it correct as it is. If it was on the second notch on the other end, the front end would be really stiff. If you are satisfied with it, I wouldn't change it.Are you saying the second notch closest to the spring or closest to the mount? Mine is set at the second notch closest to the mount. Thx Rick
