Rotating Headlight on Freewheeler

My headlight is pointing to the left. I haven't done any night riding since they dropped it off to me 6 weeks ago, but the out of align headlight shell bugs me. Even more so now that my Memphis Shades batwing fairing is installed and it's more obvious. How do I rotate that headlight shell so it points straight forward. All the manual tells me is how to align the headlight beam, but that's NOT what I'm concerned with at the moment. I just want to get the headlight shell itself pointing straight forward and then I'll align the beam. As it is right now it has to be pointing right into the faces of oncoming traffic.
 
Look for bolt #2, it is sa real bi$#h to get to on some of the Freewheelers
