Rear Fender Protection

Problem I've had with fingernail polish and even touch up paints is that they fade at a different rate than the original paint under UV exposure. Doing the same work with come clearcoat sprayed in the cap and a fine artists paintbrush to apply the dots. That way there is no fading and the color always matches if there is color left.

I don't know what the answer is there but if it's bad enough, I usually put in an LED or a badge over the problem.

Prevention is the best answer I guess, if possible.
