Please disregard that it is on CNN ! What I find interesting is that VA police can no longer make stops for non functional brake lights or, CHMSL. Yes, in theory, one should be following such that your vehicle can be stopped w/o hitting the vehicle in front. Evidently this is happening many other places around the country. No wonder it seems we have the anarchy on our highways that we do.

Same shit in Dallas and San Francisco. That's why Walgreens and Target are closing stores. To damn much shoplifting.No prosecution. The mom and pop "C" stores are going broke because of this. Dallas county DA will not prosecute if the stolen items total less than $750.00. So, walk in. Grab a case of beer, couple cartons of cigarettes, walk out ............. Any thing as long as it's below the threshold.
