Well we finally got a few mins to go out together on the bike for more then 5 mins today. Got back from dinner and asked her if she want to go for a little ride. Well she answered that by showing up in the garage with levis & boots with helmet in hand. Guess tha'ts a YES :wave4:. It was great weather for it also. In the high 70's and a bit humid. But the radio going and the sound of those pipes. AW yeah. Everything is cool here in Minn tonite ThumbUp

Yup. Thanks. it's been 10 yrs for the both of us. I got into Hot Rods. And she never did. So I sold both of them and bought our 8th Harley. Should have never sold the last one. Till I had another in hand! But the Hot Rod's were fun. But this is where we belongpepper

Rick, this winter you two can make plans for longer rides next summer. Enjoying it TOGETHER makes all the difference!

So glad you got to enjoy time with your wife on the bike, Rick. It's a feeling like no other when your baby is on the back with you.

Cathy and I have a "trike date night" every Thursday. We go out for a ride and dinner at some "destination"-makes for a fun evening and rekindles the romance...

At my age it takes more than a bike ride to rekindle the romance.:D

I never dated a gal who wouldn't ride. Figured if the sport was that important to me, I wouldn't have much time for her. Had a wife once who liked to ride until the first child came along. Then she said the bike or her. I kept the bike. Never regretted it. My gal now loves to ride but her hip is giving her problems. We are older now. I'm much more understanding. BUT, hip operation in November and she should be good to go by next Spring.

Nana Were taking the Bike to Arizona for the winter months. Having it shipped there in Dec. So we will have it there from Dec 29 to the 1st week of may. Then I'll either ride it home or ship it back here ThumbUp. Temps at that time of the yr down there are fantastic for riding. :D

I guess I'm lucky in that way. Carmen had her own bike for yrs. But after selling it and moving here to Minn. Things changed. But like I always told my buddy's. If I brought home another HD. She'd be standing in the garage with her Levis & boots on. And that she was. She loves that lifestyle of ridin with friends and making New ones ThumbUp

Where about in Fla do you stay Nana ? I have some ridin friends that go there every year also. Fla is just too humid for us. that's one reason we go to AZ. Plus we have family down there in AZ. But my best friend & his wife go down to Fla :(.... Were thinking of driving across country to meet up with them in March for Bike week this yr. Not sure just yet. But its a plan :D
