Passenger ride

We have a 2009 can am that is loaded. I ride behind and don't feel safe. I was used to riding passenger on a Harley Ultra Classic and the back of the seat curved around and held you in. I feel like I'm falling when I go around curves and always have to hold on to the handles. Am I the only one that feels like that and is there some kind of seat you can get that will hold you in. Its really not comfortable
