oil cooler fan

I've been running a FP3 tuner all winter and just relized on the first really hot day the the oil cooler fan isn't running now that the new tune disabled the fan. How can I turn the fan back on or does it have to go to harley to be activated again?

Its a 2017 Freewheeler FP3 tuner zippers 468 cam and a super trapp 2-1 header,
