Newbie from Florida

Hi all, my name is Michelle. I am a soon to be new rider. My husband had a custom trike when I met him and I rode on the back for about five years until he switched to a Harley Sportster. He has now upgraded to a electraglide Ultra Classic and has passed his Sportster on to me. I recently took my rider traing course and made the decision 2 wheels are not for me so we will be trikin the sportster out. We are going back and forth between the Voyager kit and a full conversions kit. Money is not a huge factor but is somewhat so we are trying to do our homework before making the final decision. Any input would be welcomed.

Welcome to Trike Talk, storage a consideration? it on something that will. The reality is you will never be happy unless you have storage space it is needed so... Depending on what your looking for how about trading in the sportster on a Freewheeler?...Storage and trike conversion done!

I have had a couple of sportster's myself and like the handling of them. But for long distance runs and comfort the Freewheeler will be a better choice.

I would love a Freewheeler!...that is definitely my style preference just can't afford it. Don't really think we would get enough on trade for the sportster to make the payments doable. The way I will be funding the conversions has zero interest so the payments will be very doable with everything else we have going on
