I read somewhere (of course I can't find it now) that the screws holding the fenders on are very tight. Anyone have experience with this?

Have some nasty scratches on my fenders and need to remove them for the painter.

DSC01127.JPGWhen I aligned Old Shiney last year I checked my fender securements and they were not overly tight. However our 09' was built by Lehman not harley in York, that could make a huge difference. Good luck if really tight soak the nuts with Sea Foam Deep Creep. That stuff works better than PB blaster at least for me. Fred
