Navi cb ?

Can U share a link??? Been into CB's for many years. Have no idea what you are asking about!
There is no special CB required because you have Nav system on your trike. My Nav equipped Wing already had the Honda CB installed when it was triked.

I understand that there maybe a Honda cb unit that was an early style that had problems but was updated with a different part number . Is this correct ? I also read that some people were having problems with the evo radios. I am going to stick with the Honda line.

Description: This Hondaline Accessory is an integrated transreceiver that boasts 40 channels. This piece maximizes storage by mounting in a separate compartment. The CB Antenna Kit required for installation on your Honda Gold Wing Audio Comfort Navi XM.
Interesting on several levels!
1. mounting in a separate compartment : All 1800's have a "pocket" under the floor of the tour pack.
2. CB Antenna Kit required for installation on your Honda Gold Wing Audio Comfort Navi XM:
http://www.sierra-mc.com/default.asp is the leading source of accessories for the Gold Wing, There is nothing in their antenna section that suggests a particular antenna is required if you have a Comfort, Navi, XM Wing
3. Honda cb updated with a different part number:
When manufacturers make changes to their products a new part number is usually assigned to track the newer products. In the case of the Honda CB, the only reason I know of for a part number change was when the 2012 Wing was introed, all of the connections for the CB were put in the tour pack. So a different harness comes with the 2012-up CB's vs. the CB for the 2001-2010!
So, I would suggest a call to Wayne at Sierra Electronics (Toll Free: 1-800-338-6938) for clarification of all these comments.

I never called Sierra Electronics But I did order the standard MCA100A cb from Dallas Honda. They also said I needed the other radio. I followed your advice also which was the same. I got it for $599.99. Thanks for the info !

They also said I needed the other radio. !
What other radio??? That's what was confusing to me to start with! I only know of one Honda CB! The only difference I know, as stated, is the harness for 2001-2010 vs. 2012-up. That's why I suggested a call to Sierra Electronics!
BTW, when you get yours installed, make sure you tune/match the antenna to the radio w/a SWR meter. Takes special jumper cables to attach the meter to the Honda CB antenna! These are also available through Sierra Electronics.
