All beef, uncured, boiled in water, then split in half, pan fried on both sides, placed on an open face bun (2 dogs, one on each side), topped with hot spicy chili...no beans, cheese and onion, lots of onion. While the dogs are being cooked, I heat the spicy no-beans chili on the stove and mix in a little pepper and garlic salt
