2013 TG with 1.25" rear lift and 4" SE Cannon mufflers with Short Slash Up/Down/Out end caps. The bottoms of the end caps are scraping each time the trike goes over a speed bump or going on the table lift. Any fix or other end caps to prevent this from happening?

Did you ever consider installing a lift kit. Most who have issues with scraping mufflers get a lift kit ends dragging those expensive pipes. DK Customs a sponsor here sells top of the line products and is also a trike rider, check out their website or call them great people. KEVIN has always been great to deal with.

He says that he has a 1.25 lift already.

Try loosing up the mufflers an see if you can get them to slide forward any further.

You asked this question back in Oct. Several here tried to help asking about air pressure in your shocks and in your tires. I asked about a measurement from muffler tip to floor. Maybe you even have a shorter than stock tire. Anyway, you never responded so it’s hard to help.

If it is only happening in those two situations, go over the speed bumps at an angle, not straight on.

For riding up on the lift table, put two 2x8's on the floor for the rear tires to ride up onto the ramp on.

The air shock was replaced with Pro Action Street Series Shocks. The tire are stock and the rear tire pressure is what is recommended on the frame plate. I have this problem with the stock air shock with the 1.25 rear lift and with the Pro Action shocks. Will try what Kevin from DK Custom stated. Thanks.
