With this picture I used another front, it is an EML front for more driving comfort.

Here is our back yard find

We found this 2005 GL1800 with a 2006 Lehman Monarch II kit setting in a ladies back yard. Bike had 15117 miles on it. She broke her back and her husband died, not bike related, so the bike sat in her backyard for 2 years. We bought it for $5000 and have put around $1500 into it restoring it. It purrs like a kitten and rides like a dream.

Here’s my 2014 FLHTK.

Absolutely love it. Have put about 4K miles on it since it’s reincarnation. Much better that factory trike.

PARTS

after my father passed in 1999, i bought his 1994 fxlr from my mother to keep it in the family. Due to illness i had pared down my motorcycle fleet to just this one. I hadn't ridden it in several years so i had to do something with it.

Being in the trike business for almost two decades has helped me amass a lot of parts. Since lehman no longer manufactures these parts i was blessed to have never thrown anything away. Over the past several years i have found parts for my self only to then sell them to a needy customer.

Thanks to downtown cowtown i was able to finally build this motorcycle into a genuine lehman bandit trike. Started on the wednesday before christmas 2017 and put the final touches on it the wednesday after christmas. My christmas present to me !

yeah cutting those down some is already on my list. I'm thinking I will shorten them and turn them out just a little, I don't really like the way the exhaust sounds bouncing off the ground so close like that. when I backed it off my trailer from picking it up I dug 2 rather large trenches in the grass and it took a 11" screwdriver to get the dirt out. it was like shoving a potato in the pipes

Ours had turn downs when we purchased it, with the X-tractor, it droned bad at speed. I put straight pencil tips on it, cured 80-90% of the drone.
