Khrome Werks 2+2 Stretch Handlebars are on!!! Photos Added

I’m not the person that you asked the question of, but I installed the the DK Customs 1.5” tank lift on my 21 TG before the 2+2 narrow bars were added. Both additions were improvements for me, and created no problems.

I did the same to mine except 2+2 Wides and have had no issues. Both were great improvements.

They are on

Just got back and they look and feel great!!!!

It is much easier to turn and I feel like I am not having to lean forward as much.

They are on the Krome Werks website as

1.25" 2+2 Stretch Bagger Handlebar with ETC for 1997-2017 Harley-Davidson[SUP]®[/SUP] models

KW Part # 300302 LeMans Corporation / Drag Specialties 0601-2650

Mid-USA Motorcycle Parts 49-1881

The dealer did use extensions on the wiring, stated the stock wiring was 2" short.

Your back looks more relaxed now than before. That has to help on longer trips.

I have these bars as well and overall are probably the best bars I’ve ever had. I can ride all day and the installation was fairly easy with no extra parts needed. I may change the cables later to a bit longer but for now they work flawlessly.

Thanks, sounds like they would have worked for me. But before I read your response I called Khrome Werks and they recommended 300517. They are also a little wider. I went to Dennis Kirk and their site said they wouldn't fit my 2017 Tri. After looking all over the forums, it looked like they should work. The tech at Dennis Kirk looked at everything and said that it looked like they should work. I ordered them. Fingers crossed that they will work.

Thanks again,

Bob
That's the one I'm installing on my trike soon. L hope it relieves the back and shoulder discomfort'

I just installed them on my 2012 HD trike. Not done yet waiting on grips. Clutch is going to be tight. Not sure if I have to replace yet. I really like how it sets you back against the back rest.
I just installed on my 2014 couple days ago. Clutch line was tight but I was able to locate it under fairing and snipped a plastic tie and pulled up the slack.
