Just found the trike forum

Hi All,

Mr Bulldog here, and glad to find this forum. We just purchased a HD 2011 Tri Glide Ultra Classic. Of course I will have questions, and hopefully after a bit I will be able to respond to questions based on my experience. I am an older driver so my trip to the Tri Glide began with the purchase of a 2008 HD 1200C Sportster (love it) my wife bought an HD 883Low Sportster. But we found the 1200 to be a rough ride for my wife when riding double. So that led us to trade both Sportsters in for an 2008 HD Electra Glide Standard, which was a huge difference in ride when riding double. Then I dropped it once when by myself, I managed to get it up based on a HD training video. But realized the bike was to heavy for me to handle safely. Thus the changeover to the Trike. I no longer have to worry about dropping it and expext to start taking longer trips in the future. Feeling much safer

Regards

Welcome, Mr. Bulldog. Dare I guess that you are a Georgia fan? I'm a relative newbie myself (August, '10) and have found this forum to be incredibly informative and supportive. It was Mama's concern over that droppie thingie that put us on three. Wise woman. What an experience! You can spell it F-R-E-E-D-O-M!
