How to ride a trike

That is something I have been trying to explain to the CT DMV for 2 years. The want you to get a 2 wheel license on a 125 cc bike then ride away on a 800cc + trike

Did you see the article in Road Runner magazine about learning to ride a trike? It was very well done and I thought a good one for someone who is thinking about a trike to see. They only post a preview online and I'll try to post the link here -

How to Ride a Trike|RoadRUNNER Magazine

wow we made a major touring magazine. I get the mag and liked the article. Trikes are coming of age I believe. I'm at Daytona and could not believe the # of trikes I saw on the trip up from Key Largo.

Ahh Florida, a land without piles of snow!

I haven't seen very many trikes around here but I did notice that this past summer the folks who were stopping to ask me questions seemed to be pretty well informed compared to the year before. I think the interest in Harley having made their own had a lot to do with that.

The reviews that I saw though were all from riders who didn't have any experience on trikes and I don't think they enjoyed it as much as they would have if they had spent more time learning how to ride them.

Yes John but here if I do my license on my 1800cc trike they won't let me ride a 125cc bike.

Funny thing happened on the way to the beach..got into a conversation with a motopolice at the stoplight. So we pulled over & he wanted to know the details on riding...and where to buy & choices & how much...and of course...'My ole lady will just love it'!!?? Gave him our website address so that he could lurk.;)
