Hannigan rear end ratio

All Hannigan Trikes use a 7.5 inch Ford Thunderbird differential with 2.73 gears matched to right-size tires to maintain the original bike ratio, except for the Hannigan Harley-Davidson® FLH series Trike conversion, which uses the original H-D belt drive and sprocket.<br />

I have 2002-k1200 LT converted to trike last year, when I shift to over drive fifth gear my trike start surging and seem to lost power.
Any sunggestion?
 
If your local dealer can't find the problem, call Hannigan (270-753-4256). They are folks who really care about their quality and their customers! I'm sure they would do their best to help you find the issue and get it straightened out. As sponsors here, they do check in on the forum also and we have very much appreciated their support and response to our members.
