Got my stallion finally

I love my wing also, I didn't have too many issues with it, but I did have some...i had both knees replaced, and it is hard to sit with knees bent as you do with the wing and be comfortable. My option to ride again was to find an more suitable ride for me. the Stallion was it. Sure I know that there are problems with all makes and models out there, and as long as TBMS will stand behind their product, I'll be a loyal representative...I think a wing or Stallion is better than my troublesome Harley...

Which dealer did you purchase from? I had some dealer issues in SC, and I was hoping they get their act together.

I ordered my Stallion from Fredericks MD...they were the only dealer I could find with a 2010 on order...picked it up in ashville, nc last thursday....i live in florence....not to many dealers in sc except Greer hours away....i've called Summerville I have left messages with, and no returned calls as of yet...looking for some assessories, so now I will have to order them on line...do you have any sites that may help me there?

with in the first 10,000 or so miles I had 5 cruise control switches go out, I do live on a dirt road and the dust knocked them all out because they are less than 5" off of the road and not sealed at all.
TBMS finally replaced the master cylinder with a little older style that had a built in pressure switch, I now have over 32,000 miles on it and no more problems, except that the brake light is a little slower coming on as pressure is required to turn on the brake lights. so just touching the brake petal will not turn on the lights.
to take care of that problem I mounted a LED next to the emergency flasher switch and wired it to the brake lights so I can see when the brake light comes on.

Silverdevil. Next time you are under your Stallion can you take some pictures of their modification. Master cyclinder and switches etc.

Knees and various, umm, OTHER issues lol, is why I sold my Wing. I`m 6`2" and the knees were killin me after awhile. So, going to a VW trike. THey sit comfortably to me.

I have also had a good experience ordering accessories from Southwest Trikes in Phoenix. We got a headrest for the roll bar which we like for passenger comfort and the way it looks. Also got the tonneau cover. Was really helpful in pollen season. It also keeps prying curiosity seekers out.

I have an alarm that goes off when someone gets too close and if they get really close it will page me.
I also got a cover that is for the Mini Cooper, it is a size 0, when it is on the shape is almost impossible to see, you can see that it is a trike.

Well today I & the Mrs finally were able to do a test ride of the Stallion. We both love it as to features, ride, handling, styling, etc.
BUT there was one drawback that will most likely keep us from purchasing one. That will be seating accommodations. We both felt too cramped when both were in it. Driving it solo wouldn't be a problem but two up and it would most likely be. I'm not that tall 5'10" with a 32" inseam. If TBS was to stretch that pillion seat rearward another 3-6" it would be perfect for us. Oh and the model we tested had a drivers backrest. The wife was up against the back of the support bar just sitting there. Nope that won't work in place either and I do need back support of some kind for any distance riding.

My husband is just over 6 feet and 220+. He manages to ride behind me when he wants a break from driving on a road trip. I just have to put the backrest forward a bit more and sit up straight. Of course, he prefers to be the driver, but I like driving the Stallion too! It's my daily drive but I let him drive on the weekends!

Yea I know we could manage but after having my Yamaha Venture with all kinds of room we've been spoiled some. The Mrs. is more concerned about her space than I am but then she'd be on the pillon a lot more than I would be.
Over all we love it. Will we buy one? Again we'd love to but the money isn't there right now, even thou we found a great deal on a 08 with 1k on the odometer.
