Front tire?

Re: need new front tire

The is the key :
1) use a rear tire the same size that you removed from the front rim.
2) use a bias ply tire only.
3 mounting direction suggested is reverse mounting, this is an opinion
Some do some don't,
4) Any brand rear bias ply tire works better than the original radial

Re: need new front tire

I like the BT45 also. Smoother riding and less noise than the MPA. Also if you put the 2 next to each other the BT45 has more girth and looks like a front tire on a trike should look. The MPA looks anemic next to the BT45.

tires are a matter of personal preference...I've got an 03-1800 bought used in 05..with 26,141 miles..Now,it has 121,500 miles and just last month got it's 5thMichelon Pilot Activa..With an ave. like that,I'd never reccomend anything else..I've been told by Skuuter, that I go a little too far but so far so good
