From Sporty to 2015 Freewheeler

Hello, my name is Susan and I am from Texas. I have recently traded my 07 sporty in for a 2015 Freewheeler. I will take delivery on Saturday. I am very excited but would like some tips on riding. I have around 75k miles as a passenger and around 60k as a rider. I will be taking it out for a short ride Sunday to see how it goes.

Congrats on the new Freewheeler. You will love it. Now the real money spending will start (for all of the accessories)!

Welcome, lots of "how to ride" info on TT. Just don't be afraid. You will get the hang of it. Keep riding.

Welcome aboard & enjoy the ride!

Just remember that your foot print is now much wider at the rear on the trike. Stretch your arms out side to side and you will have an idea of the space you now need from gas pumps, curbs, ect.

The learning experience begins :clapping:

sporty to freewheeler

Nice color for a GIRL (joking) but black is faster and steers better

Congrats, really really nice looking ride. Being in Florida, you will get more seat time than us folks in the snow belt. Enjoy!!

I traded in a 2013 Anniversary Edition Sportster on my Trike. In hindsight I wish I would have kept it just to get an occasional 2-wheel fix. But I didn't so now I get my 2-wheel fix at dealer demo days.
