Looking for information on where to shop for a trike, hopefully in the Tampa area of Florida. I've found a site for Trike Traders in Lake Alfred, FL and would appreciate any feedback anyone might have.
I've heard good reports about them. Also further north in Inverness you will find Trikes By Design and J.R. Trikes that do only Champion. Other than that there is also Daytona. Don't hesitate to go farther, since it is quite a large investment on your part and may be worth it.
I got mine for Trike Traders. They were very easy to work with and didn't hesitate to answer all my questions. Talked with them several times over the phone before I went to the shop. They worked directly with my Credit Union rep to make the purchase smooth. Would not hesitate to go back if I am ever in the market again. Good luck.
When I took the trike to my mechanic for a check (never had a Goldwing, so wanted it checked over), they remarked that it was one of the best conversions they had seen. Hope this helps.
Trike Traders is who we dealt with and have been very happy. TT is operated by the son , mom, and dad; I would not hesitate to have other dealings with them.

I have dealt with Trikes by design, Inverness Florida. They are very accommodating especially when shipping overseas. Kathy and Larry are excellent people to deal with and their after service second to none.
Hope this helps :10:
I was in Trike Traiders and talked to the owner/head mechanic. Very impressed with his knowledge of trike packages and his installations appeared to be very well done. One of the best I have found is The Trike Shop in Daytona Beach, however. They know their stuff and have a great kit. I wish I had only gone with them when I had my new '08 triked
I got my Road King converted to a trike at Trike Traders. I was VERY pleased with the quality of the work and the discussions that went into making the selection. Shaun is very knowledgeable about all the brands he uses.
