Decat first then fans. The decat will help more, riding or slow traffic, fans are for slow moving traffic.

:Agree: De-Cat. After over 11K miles I finally de-catted my stock headpipe and added a Nightrider FL-ViED-10 to my 2014 (stock mufflers). The trike runs better, sounds better, and is much cooler on the right side. epper:
