On the highway rides I have been making around central Texas, I usually ride at 60 to 65 mph at most. Today I went to the Texas gulf coast, about 400 miles round trip. I did a lot of it at 75 to 80+ mph. I could be delusional, but I think I heard the Goldwing say “ thanks for the great workout, it feels really good to finally open up and go fast”.

Yes it does..... A few months ago while passing a car Fat Old Grey went to 90+ MPH. At 90 it seemed to hit another gear and wanted to run. Like it just woke up and said "I'll show you a ride!" Seemed to be happy stretching it's legs until it was time to back off after hitting triple digits...... Jim

Every now and then my My Gold Wing trike would say “hold my beer and watch this”.

VROOM!!

We were there one second and gone the next!

The quick, silky smooth power in that GL1800 plant was amazing… she never refused, she never faltered. The Texas 80mph interstate speed limit meant nothing to her..

And yes… I have eye witnesses who are members right here on TrikeTalk. :D

Does my Trike talk to me?....My Dogs talk to me , My Wife talks to me' And some times excessively at that....My neighbors they ''Don't'' talk to me :D...

But my Trike only talks to me when it needs gas and the screen lights up and asks Do you want to know location of the nearest gas station .......
