Do you find bar height a direct correlation to what you used on two wheels? i have used 14 inch bars on road kings and Road glides for years. Would 14 inch bars be a good size on a tri glide. i am 6'2 . I am asking because i don't want to lose any control or turning ability. unfortunately i don't know anyone with a trike to try out different bars.

I've been riding trikes since 2009. First a Road King with a Champion conversion then a 2013 Tri Glide.
Both I changed the bars.
I found that the bars I needed were the same as the Road King and Ultra that I rode as a 2 wheeler.

I believe you would be fine with 14”. I have 14” on my Freewheeler and love them. I do have to lean forward a little at full lock but perfect out on the road. They may put your hands above the fairing, I’m not sure. Also, maybe give thought to the width. Wider gives more “leverage” but a little farther to reach on turns. Good luck getting it right the first time.

Thank you good input especially on the width and reach .

I should have added I have a zeppelin seat that will push me back and up. I haven’t put it on yet as I am waiting for the assy. Power cable.

Thank you for the replies. Now that I have decided on the 14’s what’s everyone’s preferred brand? I’m partial to 1.5’s but it’s not deal breaker.
