As many of us i belong to several trike sites(facebook),so i have seen this at least twice. On two different trikes people with 2020's have had their clutch handle go flat aka no clutch action after riding for a couple hours at 70 mph in temps of upper 90's to 100 degrees.Once they let the bike cool for a little while the clutch handle returns.Wonder if this could be heat from the cat boiling the hyd fluid in the clutch.Has anybody else had this issue. Now my 17 still has the cat and it gets very hot but have never had this kind of issue yet.

I surf around to different sites but always come back here to trike things. This is the first time I have heard this, I have a 2018 and have had no problems with while riding in 90 degree weather, granted I took it in for the clutch recall they had and I can't remember what that was about but clutch is basically the same as it was before going in, maybe a tad easier pull on clutch handle but not much, just wish is was easier since I have carpal tunnel.

All for now Trampas

If water Ie: moisture enters the system that can happen .All it takes is 3.7% by volume of water/moisture...

That said is it possible that the two incidents are the same bike where is the owner is using different screen names on different forms?...

This could also be poor quality control in the manufacture of the hydraulic parts, tho moisture content in the system is the primary cause, the added heat from the location of the exhaust to the clutch slave cylinder makes this worse

Unless they are using someone else's name and family photos on the bio,not to say they aren't.

Have not heard this either. That said, I have been in high 90's for last 2 days & ended today the last 40 miles at 104* . No clutch problems Speeds very from 60 to 75.
