Has anyone changed out the Timing Chain Cover, Lower front Cowl, and Lower rear Cowl's form stock. If so what brand is better OEM or aftermarket, which one's fit and look the best. I know chrome or painted will be one's own choice but if anyone has pic's of both on a 2001 and up GL1800 Goldwing any help would be nice. Thanks; Jay A.

Here is a pic of my painted front cowl and added chrome timing cover.
I also used the driving lights cut outs from a friends chrome cowl and glued them in place of lights in my cowl.

Your trike suits the white paint very well. All in all it's a matter of taste. I myself prefer the bling effect (chrome).
As it is said "horses for courses";)

I do like the white with the pinstriping. Very classy. And the chrome inserts for the driving light cutouts is a neat touch along with the timing cover. An effective use of minimal chrome.

Nicely done.

Michael, the link didn't open.

Now it is the next day, and the pictures open. Whatever you did worked :).
BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!

Thanks, I appreciate your feedback, still working on few more things until it's completely done...RDL Leather seat with red stitching in diamond pattern should be installed by the end of February and airbrushing throughout the trike is being done now!!!
