Leo, not as pretty as you bluebells, but they are still pretty. Enjoy, we have daffodils, tulips (6"), and day lilies (3").
Well the upload failed, so no pictures of the flowers.

Little misty this morning, so took a walk up street in Fredericksburg. Turns out motel is very close to Nimitz Museum, so I dropped in. Very nice! Stone wall outside is very moving. Town caters to tourists, and has many nice shops and restaurants. Aromas and flavors are great, and so is the outside entertainment. Great to have dinner with a couple fellow bikers! We had lots to talk about.

Big black clouds in the sky now. Weather report says egg sized hail not too far away at Willow City. Put trike under car port. Hoping for the best.

Rosy, you LIVE free or die - but you pay for everything else! At least, that's was my experience when I lived in NH! ;)
Yeah, but no state income tax, no sales tax, but we do have a room and meals tax, and our property tax is kind of high.
I still would choose to live here.

Good Tuesday Morning TRIKE TALK/TOI Friends....just heard the first of Today's predicted rain hitting the roof...Hopefully not a full washout Today.....ThumbUp

Morning all. Flying off to Spartanburg, SC early. Looks like I will maybe be passing over all that rain and it should be through LI before I get home tomorrow.

Good Luck missing it....I went riding earlier "in it"....rained really hard in spots, barely a drizzle in others, and moving eastward toward the Carolinas.....;)

Thanks, Nostradamus. It was raining when I left my customer in SC. As long as it is past NYC before I fly home tomorrow, as predicted by those clowns in the weather service.

Bozo, weather people are 75% wrong and get paid 6 figures, go figure!
Leo, it was 77 F here in NH, when Janice and I went for a ride today after we had all the fluids changed on our trike.
We are home and Janice is making a Shepard's pie for supper tonight with the Easter leftovers. I'll save you some! I thought of you last night as we ate at the Texas Roadhouse. Had prime rib and Janice had pork chop. Everything was good as always.
Hope everybody had a great day!

Rosy, No hail yesterday... :pepper: Spent last two days with a local biker couple. Weather, food and sights have been super! Had steak and salad bar tonight. We climbed the Enchanted Rock and visited the Wildflowers Farms today. Saw some exotic axis deer on our ride in the back country. Head for Kerrville tomorrow.

Prime rib is acceptable at Texas Roadhouse, but we don't 'do' pork chops in Texas! We'll let Janice skate on that one this time, but next time, get the baby backs!
Hate to tell you, but beef is going out of sight, so is pork. Kwputt, pork is the other white meat! No ribs for Janice, she doesn't do BBQ. She is a true New Englander, from Maine. Lobsters, Yes, BBQ, No...
If the prices keep going up on beef and pork, chicken is looking better and better every day!
So, I will tell her BG says, no pork!

Speaking of Chickens yesterday. You need 3 acres to have chickens in my town . That might be town or state law not sure. We have income tax, we have property tax , we have personal property tax,( cars boats, business ) we have sales tax, we have the highest gas tax, and I am not sure but we might have TAX tax . :p Our property tax is about $4,500 a year for your average house. 1,700 sf . Good news I switched to Geico and saved $400 on motorcycle insurance (3 bikes)

Question, any Canadian friends heading towards our NETT Rally in August? Vermont does border Canada.
Just a thought!
