President Leo, WOW, that sound great! What are you going to do for the retired people, President?
You look great sitting behind that desk! Hope your day went very well.

Well, if someone from NJ has to sit behind that desk, better Leo than the alternative (yes that is a dig at your Gov, Leo).

Anyhow, morning all. I blame my insomnia on those Vodka/Redbulls at a comedy club last night.

Hope everybody had a great Easter. We had 16 at dinner. Great day, with the children blowing bubbles and playing outdoors.
Time to rest as everybody headed home. We have more food left over than we will eat for a week, but Janice is already planning our suppers for the next few days.
See you soon at the Rally!

Had a tiring day, but arrived safely at Fredericksburg in Hill Country. Thank goodness I stay put three days. Just down the road from the LBJ Ranch, National Museum of the Pacific War and Wildflowers Farm. Will see what tomorrow brings.

Like Thanksgiving better! Can you make Ham soup? Ham hash. Get sick of Ham and eggs and Ham sandwich real soon. Happy Easter.

Leo, looks like that steer wants a ride. He is big and a nice horn spread!
Have a great day! Enjoy the flowers as we are here in NH. Crocuses all over the place.

Rosy

Good morning folks! All this talk of Easter ham is making me hungry. Have a great day!

Rosy, That steer is a cow. :D Hard to imagine how much bigger a bull is. Need to pull out my local map and pick some roads to ride. :Trike1:

something about those steers, if you own one and keep it on your property, that property pays no taxes. that's why some businesses keep them, to avoid taxes. something my friend told me. must have so much land if I remember right.

Jonesy, That's interesting. Noticed most farms have regular steer. Chance of high winds and large hail around 9:00 p.m. this evening. :(

Will talk with folks at front desk to see if I can pull under cover for duration of storm.

Well Jonesy, that doesn't work in Somersworth, NH, they are charging people $50 if you want to keep six chickens at your house for eggs. Now really, $50, give me a break! Oh yes, you can't have a rooster.
I remember a farm two houses away from our house when we moved in back in 74, and that was in Dover, the farm is gone, but I wonder what the city would say if I raised chickens for eggs.
NH motto, Live Free Or Die!
So everybody have a great day and be safe!

You better Leo, hail storms your way are really bad. Some can be as big as softballs. I saw them in IL when I lived there in the 50s.
Good luck!
