Fred, glad your done with the white stuff. I'm going back to work tomorrow after a couple of month's on the sidelines. East coast storm should be passing to the south and my 320 miles tomorrow, like yours, should be OK... Stay safe! ThumbUp

Mornin everyone,,,. :Coffee:

5 to 8 inches of snow here in Central VA. All schools closed and I'm home as well. Life is good, lol. ;)

Good morning folks! So thankful we missed the last two snow storms, lawn is clean. See stores are selling lawn care items. Pretty soon... Rode our trike around the back yard yesterday. Felt so good! Have a nice day!

Morning all. No snow here, but they cancelled my DC leg due to snow. Managed to switch over to Delta for a middle seat all the way to Tallahassee. Pity those on either side of me.

We aregetting sporadic loads of pellet fuel. 22 ton loads. So far 22 tons only last 2 hours on the floor. Can't get SALT. We still charge $ 4.59 a bag $220 a pallet. We can get pellets they ( pellet people can't find drivers ) that is the story we get. Seems they only produce a projected amount per winter ( they don't want to store all summer)
they ran out Feb 1st . The drivers moved on to new jobs.
i got me a 98% efficient gas boiler. $460 in gas so far this year.

No pellets up here within 400 miles. My store got 16 tons, 8 to customers and 8 on the floor @ 10 bags per, lasted 2 hours. I was low, because I was gone all winter, so I was lucky and got a ton. Had to load it myself. Handled 4000lbs of pellets. Store to truck, truck to cellar. No home delivery. Oh well!
Hope your day is going great!

Big Dog, here is your chance to make money. Bring pellets to the Northeast from manufactures.
Just a thought!

Wow Rosy! Moving wood pellets is too much work. So happy we put in a new natural gas furnace with central air. One less thing we even think about. We're too old for all that.

Lucky, Would love to have that rain here to wash the roads. Just a little too cold today, so it would make that white stuff. May rain later this week when temps rise. :pepper:

Good news. Thin people on either side. Bad news, flight from NYC almost got cancelled due to a fuel spill at next plane over. The captain convinced the powers that be that it would be faster to just release plane and back us out rather than evacuate. so, just ran a little late. Switched planes in Atlanta. Had to move fast, it was already boarded. Another middle seat. Flight computer failed. Had to wait for 1 hr. to get replacement and test it. Rough flight.
Did I mention I was wearing my green "This is me lucky shirt" today? Must be lucky, I did make it to Tallahassee!:qpnmt:

Wish I could put natural gas furnace in my house, but it would cost me a mint. I believe there is a gas line going by my house, but none to the house. So, I am stuck with high price oil heat, and pellets to reduce the cost of oil. Oil burner has not come on since we came home, pellets only.
I am going to be a noisy neighbor and ask my neighbor down the street if they are considering gas heat. I saw a gas utility truck over there several days ago. HHHMMM
Hope all is well with everybody.

Evening all. Flying home early. Nothing on schedule for me next week, so hopefully I at least get to ride to the office all week.:pepper:

Mornin - mid 50's today & upper 60's tomorrow. Vision problem is starting to set in. I can't see myself working all day tomorrow.
