Morning, just went to Magnolia Cafe in San Antonio, great breakfast! Another Triple D joint off my list, truck still in shop, doing my bit to spur on the economy single handedly! :laugh:

Rosy, I had jambalaya omelet, applewood bacon, cheesy grits, and scratch made corn beef hash....now I won't eat till tomorrow . Just found out that the a/c compressor is frozen, and the shop is booked solid, can't do it till next week. Oh well all is fine as long as I don't run the a/c.

If the weather stays like it is, you won't have to worry about AC for a long time, maybe May or June! LOL
Glad to hear it was not a biggie like injectors or so starter. So, while it was in the shop, did you do an oil change, or new front tires?
A sitting rig makes NO MONEY!

Morning all. just flying back from Birmingham, AL. Couple of interesting things down this way. didn't have time with work to go in, but I was staying near the Barber Motorsports Park in Leeds, AL. I'm told it has a great M/C museum in there. One of the antiques was behind glass in hotel. I also stayed at hotel on outskirts of Birmingham that is site of Statue of Liberty replica. the only one with real flames (at night).

Good morning!
We dodged the snow yesterday and got lots of rain and wind, not to last, today it is snowing with about 2 inches on the ground so far. BUT, by the weekend it is going to be in the 50s from what I heard. I will check with the weather channel and see.
Loaded a ton of pellets in the cellar yesterday. We are having a mega shortage here in the Northeast, and some places are gouging people per bag price, from 4.97 normal per bag to 10.00 a bag. That's not right!! One place got 16 tons, delivered 8 tons to customers and the other 8 tons for bag pickup and it went in a couple of hours. I was very lucky, not the best quality pellets but Wally World got several tons and I was there when it came on the floor, so I bought a ton. ThumbUp

We rolled right by it on our way home and Janice tried to get pictures of it. I will have to check our camera to see what she got.
Funny to see people we know being at the same place we were at, small world, isn't it!

Rosy, I actually also went to the site and took good pics with a real camera. If you want any copies, just say the word. I haven't uploaded any of them yet. Ooo, look. The incoming plane has arrived close to on-time.

:qpnmt: Hope you have a great flight. Who is your carrier when you fly? Most of the time we take Southwest because bags and golf clubs fly free! That's about $175 less in my pocket than the other carriers. That adds up when you fly two or three times a year.

I usually fly US Airways. I'm Gold level, so if upgrade is available to 1st, I usually get it. Not today. Could only get Exit rows. Maybe a whole extra 1/4" of leg room. Yippee. Bags cost nothing for me. :qpnmt:

Did you make it home OK? Saw a US Air flight make an emergency landing and the nose gear collapsed. Everybody got out OK, but I bet it was scary!
