You realize, of course that it's the new ice age in Northeast USA. May last a couple 10 thousand years (or feels like it.)
This has to be the worst winter in a century or so.

Trying to depress us? It was 60*F yesterday and snow is melting fast. Saw several bikes on road yesterday, but roads are still white with salt. Need a heavy rain. Nice to have one more hour of sunlight this evening. Our daffodils are up! 10 days to spring! Will be riding in Texas next month, come hell or high water. :Trike1:

Sorry about that Leo. In the 70s here in NE Florida.
It's Bike Week in Daytona. 10 days of insanity, babes, booze, bikes and burgers.

(Not to be sexist, I'm sure there are more than a few guy dolls in the crowds as well).

Spiritdream, did you get your shopping done. What are you cooking for supper tonight, am I invited? Yum...Yum...what ever you cook should be good.
Leo, all the pictures you took, I didn't see a speck of snow! What's the story! BUT, I did see the daffys! LA was full of daffys along the median strip.
Come hell or high water you are moving West! I wish you the same luck we had on our adventure from December till we got home in March, not one day of rain while we drove! 7000 miles!
Be careful of the rigs, we got a chip in the windshield and a broken fog light lens, from the rocks they kick up.
I see lots of the semis out there are running the same type of tires they run in Europe, no more split rims, wide single tires now! I'll have to ask Big Dog if the mileage between split rims and single tires are about the same?
have a nice day everybody!

Leo - "shame on you" - you went to the shore yesterday and didn't notify me? :D Where was that, Highlands area? Trying to figure out the picture...

Warren, Yes, we went to the Highlands yesterday, but we were in our car. My bad, should have contacted you for a meet and eat. Next time...

Rosy, There was a little snow here and there at the shore, but it was very sparse. We have more at home. These near 60*F days are knocking the snow down. Yes, I know what you mean about the trucks kicking up stuff. It's a concern, but I'm not staying home worrying about it. When we were in Florida last March in our car, a truck kicked up a large object that came close to taking out our windshield. As bad as it sounded, could not find a mark on our windshield. Well, we take our chances.

Sunshine & 60 here today, 62 on Tuesday with rain changing to snow Wednesday and a low of 10 for Thursday. Guess winter is not quite ready to depart.

Daytona must be so much fun that the rest of TT land has become forgotten, we need pics and running dialog ... but keep having fun.
Good night Mrs. Calabash, where ever you are (partying it up in Daytona):vxtyaq: . :vxtyaq:

Morning from San Antonio, couple of maintenance days, read lots of money going out. Oh well, you have to spend it, to make it, they tell me.....right Bozo :qpnmt:

So, money out, to get money in, hopefully more in than out! :pepper:
Where is Bozo this week? :qpnmt:
Big Dog, did you get your Stallion fixed so you can go to the NETT Rally? ThumbUp
Good morning people, everybody have a nice day. Yes Leo, warm day in the Northeast!

I am lurking just east of Birmingham, AL. Will be driving down to Auburn in morning. Maybe back to Birmingham later in day and then back home. Maybe. Never know where wind and weasels send me. Just talked to a friend in VA. He is throwing his BMW bike in his pickup and driving down to Daytona area. I would have insulted him for not riding but...he is about to do my taxes!

Hey Bozo, lots of people trailer their bikes/trikes down to the Big Show. Some people have no choice, because of all the snow in their part of the country and storms which happen along the way.
It would be great to ride the trike down, but you do what you have to do to get there safely.
Everybody, have a great day. Daytona people, send pictures, love to see them.
