Hey Aussies, how is spring coming? Getting ready for summer, as we are getting ready for winter. Enjoy your summer, as we hunker down for winter. Some will ride all year long, but most, will put our steeds away. Think of us who will sit by our windows looking out and dreaming of past rides and planning for future rides to come as the cold winds of winter blow by our windows.
OB, you could have enjoyed home made beer, if you waited a little while, for the down stairs refrigerator has some. Yum...Yum...
Leo, Jonesy..that ride sounds great. Blondie Gal will be waiting for your call, I am sure.

Mornin - weatherman been teasing us all week. Started out 58 & sunny today and now he's down to 48 & windy.

Veronica, this morning Mike and I had our Sunday morning breakfast (corned beef hash and pancakes) outside on a patio over the ocean, watching pelicans and surfers play in the waves. I know it's tough, but I'll suffer through it for ya!

Thanks Archie, makes feel sooooo much better.
Grand daughter that I fill in for the nonexistent dad for called after church and suggested that we go out for Sunday dinner. So out we go.
I often wonder if he has any regrets. He's missed out on a wonderful life of a 14 year old, 6 ft tall left handed lady that is on the honor society ands excells in sports with an unbelievably great personality.

Mornin - yep ground is white here too. Bridges were all slick on the way to work. Rode up to iron pony yesterday and then over to Perry county to a job site before heading home. 189 miles round trip in 50 degree weather and today it's 28 and slippery

Oh so Sad, we are heading North, and you guys are telling me SNOW, YIKES! When we get home it should be in the 20s. Oh boy, cold weather ahead, haven't seen cold for three weeks. Haven't driven a car in three weeks, got pretty good at driving a golf cart.

Good morning folks! Glad winter is here so we can move on to spring.

Temp was 48'F when I got up. Down to 34'F now. Snow on ground, but not roads here on LI. Made first snowman of year (I mean snow midget. Only 1 ft high). Also hit Dianne with first snowball of year. Looking like couch for night, but worth it. My brother just moved to Switzerland last week. Says they call this little snow, spit. I told him to tell Swiss Miss to "Stick It!"
