Mornin - Crunchy layer of ice covered with three inches of snow, more snow & ice tomorrow.
Archie, how about bringing some 75 & sunny back to Ohio next week.

Good morning folks! We had lots of rain last night. Rain stopped and sky is bright but overcast. Temp is 37F. Could be worse. Have a nice day!

Hello everyone!
Thanks Bozo, you should have stayed away..We got a dusting of snow last night. Like Warren said, most went out to sea..36F right now with the sun trying to peek from behind the clouds. Snow is melting off the trees and falling to the ground, looks pretty!
WHAT Nana, you heading home soon..Postpone it to maybe April..No snow by then!
Blondie Gal, how did you make out with Cleon? He is a very bad boy bringing all that snow and ice to a huge part of the country.
Have a great day everybody and please be safe.
NETT Rally shaping up...Registration is up and running and you can see who will be there in case you need a "partner" to travel with from your area.

Regards,

We got a little more then a dusting here in Southern Ohio.
Best guess is about 3 to 4 inches of white stuff.
Its PURDY to look at from inside.
You kids behave, have a nice day and play nice, ya'hear. :behave:

17° and iced over down here. Looks like we'll be this way most of the week. Lost count of wrecks on the roads, many are simply shut down.

Same in CenTex, but without all the ice. We just don't have weather like this often enough to know how to cope. Love the cold, but this is ridiculous! Stayed in bed till kitty wouldn't let me any more; John is still snoozing. Tx & Baylor playing this afternoon, sposed to have freezing rain during the game, phooey! More cold next week!

One of the son's reported in. He worked yesterday in Denton (about 30 miles away) with two other fellows. Tried doing that again today. Took him 3 hours to do the 30 miles only to find no one else showed. Took him another 3 hours to get home. Said he's going to wait this out now.

Morning all. Time to break out the snow blower, just in case. Report is only calling for 1", but how often are weather clowns correct? Might be mixed stuff by Mon morning. Probably will be stuck in truck. Glad I got ride in yesterday.
Supposed to be in Dallas in just over a week. They should be thawed out by then hopefully.
Dianne shopping in Bath & Bozo Works (or some name like that) so I am sitting out in truck typing.

I must have been typing slow. Seems it is afternoon and I didn't notice. So, afternoon all. :qpnmt:

Good afternoon folks! Thanks Zook for getting us back online. Enjoying the calm before the storm. See only rain in the ten day forecast. Let's hope they are correct. Took out our snow blower yesterday, so we're covered. :)

Leo, the radar looks like you might squeak by... most of the "stuff" seems to be just south of you. We are on the northern edge and just have a "dusting" so far. Heavier part of the system is south of us (hopefully). Come on rain... We lived many years in northern NY (by St Lawrence River) and also in Wisconsin. I've seen all the snow I care to see! :D

33° at the moment and getting a little melt from residual ground heat. That will refreeze tonight and make for a 'fun' attempt for those hitting the roads tomorrow.

Seems like a lot of us all across the country are in the same boat. We did have some show flakes mixed with rain, but all in all, better than a lot of you. My horses were cold and mad at me. They all are cozy in their stalls this evening.

Detroit vs. Philly in 6 inches of snow, football the way it should be.
Dianne says HI and agrees with you. At the moment, she is cursing at the Giants with phrases that sailors haven't heard.:qpnmt: She also asks how you are feeling.

I'll do my best, Veronica. Be there soon :D

Evening TT Land!
Flew for 5 hours from BWI to Albuquerque and never saw the ground. In all my years of flying, I have never seen so much cloud cover as today. No wonder the USA in getting hammered, WOW.
Phoenix is great 53F and sunny....
Hope everybody is doing great and coping with the weather!
Far..far away from home..

Regards,

Rosy & Janice
