Good morning all! Well got half of old flooring tore up and all the old floor boards screwed down to eliminate squeaks. You can't believe how many nails they installed in the old flooring! Can't believe they put them all in by hand! No nail gun! Today, I'll install the new flooring and begin tearing out the dining room floor. And so it goes...

Its a gorgeous day here in the hills of southern ohio. I just checkin in and taking a short break from project to grab a bite of nourishment.... You kids behave and play nice, ya'hear :behave:

87 degree's and getting humid again . Just finished cutting the lawn. Now time for a cool shower. Then a bite to eat. Maybe after it cools down a bit. I'll go install some goodies on the Harley . Hope ya all have a FUN day ThumbUp

Thunder must be having a good day! We have 103.1* at 3pm, with a heat index of 111* here in Central Texas! Surely we deserve a break! (I'll never fuss about cold weather ever again!)

69'F and sunny. Would be a nice day to ride if any of my trikes was available. HD swore last week that my TG would be on lift Tues. Called today to find out only trike mechanic on vacation this week. They have held trike for almost 5 weeks at this point without looking at it or even calling to say service is delayed.:AGGHH:

I'm not litigious, but do you have any legal recourse?

I would just take it back from them and have someone else do the work, but I have a good size credit with them I want to use. Also there is an "unofficial recall" issue they are supposed to deal with.

I believe Bozo when this is finished you will be looking for a new shop. I would have gone nuts... That's not right. Do you know of anyone else who may have had the same problem with service? May Harley Davidson should know about it. I would find out who the district manager is for Harley and write him a register letter with all your complaints. Document everything with dates about the lack of service.

Well got about two thirds of my floor removed, de-nailed, screwed down and re-installed with the new floor! Have a bachelor party (for our son) to go to this afternoon, don't know how much floor I'll get down this morning but I got to have this done for next Friday when our out of town guests start to arrive for the wedding. Took some Aleve to try to stop some of the pain in my legs and back, didn't even touch it! Hate taking anything stronger, don't want to get 'foggy' while I have to operate the chop saw!
So, a good morning to all from a very nice East China Mi.!!

Seroiusly Nana & Ol Bandit ever sleep in. My God up and on the pc at 4:06 am & 5:24 am :xzqxz:? What time do you guys turn in 9 pm ? Geez. I'm just getting started around that time . Well I did get a chance to go out in the garage after the Sun went down on Fri. Then my neighbor & his brothers stopped by to give me a hard time ThumbUp. So after B/S ing for over 2 hrs about my bike and all the parts I have laying around. We called it a night around 10 pm. It was still warm & humid. When I came in the house I felt like my clothes were wet! . So off to the shower again. Then sat down with wifey and watched some TV till around midnight. Then off to the office to play on the PC and look up more stuff about my Bike. Went to bed around 1 am and was up by 7:10 am ThumbUp. Hope its a nice long day for us. Still going to be around 90 and HUMID again. I hope this is the last day of that crap. . Well Hope everyone has an Enjoyable day pepper. Later Dudes & Dudette's

Had to laugh, Thunder! We stay up till 3 or 4am (all the good old movies come on late at night!) then sleep till lunchtime! Kitty knows and lets us sleep. All appointments are late afternoon, which means that, sometimes, we wait. Dinner at 8, ice cream at 9!

Blondie: Ive done the same thing more then once. ThumbUp I'm more of a night Owl then my wife is. Before I started back to work. I was up till at least 1 or 2 am. I'd have to force myself to go to bed. Your right about some of the good old movies . Or I can watch what my wife doesn't like. I tape all my car and Discovery shows. To watch after she goes to bed . She watches her programs before I get up in the am. Works out good for both of us ThumbUp. Did some one say ICE CREAM ? :10:

Hurry...Hurry.. A lot of the ice shops are closing in NH. It seems like after Labor Day, everything starts to close around here.
So, hurry Nd have your ice cream now, because in a couple of weeks they will be closed!
