I want to change handlebars on a 2016 Trike. I can't ride 100 miles before my shoulders start to hurt. Question is does anyone have a set of Heli Bars on there trike. Do you like them. Or a set of pull backs on your trike, which is a lot cheaper way to go. Thank you.

I put the HD 2" pulback bars on our trike and have been happy with them. A lot of folks have been using Kromeworks 2 + 2 narrow or wide bars, there's quite a few threads about them, just do a search

I highly recommend Khromewerks 2+2 narrow sweepers! I have shoulder issues (and am still in physical therapy- bicep tendon) and have experienced no increased or added shoulder pain when riding my 21’ Tri Glide.

I also am running with a 1” lift kit as well. So far I’ve done a number of 350-400 mile days without issue.

I don’t thing you will be disappointed.
