CarPlay question

I have searched the forum and read every post but do not see this problem discussed. When I use CarPlay, it seems to work fine but when I use the joystick on the right handlebar to go up and down the CarPlay list, it is reversed. In other words if I press up, it goes down and vice versa. Is anyone else having this problem or is iPhone orientation a consideration? I tried flipping the phone upside down and it seemed to work but only for a few minutes, then back to working in reverse.

Most of my car play joystick patterns are correct. However there are some patterns where it just goes Around the horn, no matter which way I move the joysticks In order to get back to the original spot, I have to go around the horn backwards to get there. It is kind of strange and also kind of annoying. So yes it is not functioning like the other Programs in the boombox.

I had the TG out 2 days ago. I messed with the carplay. And Mine acts the same way you described. Up is down and down is up. Also thought, on the right joystick. left push is also down. No reaction on a right push on the joystick.

I have a 2020 Tri Glide and do not see apple carplay on it?

Carplay only works when a headset is connected, either wired or bluetooth if you have WHIM installed.

No, I’m afraid it doesn’t. It’s pretty price, but worth it, I suppose, if you don’t want to be tethered to the trike. Personally, I can’t justify the expenditure.

That's exactly the same with mine. Maybe Harley will come out with a software update one day.
