Try NAPA maybe they will recognize them.

I dont have a napa near me. Just advanced and a car quest about 40 min away lol.
BUT... i found them just by luck. Here is the link if anyone else needs them.

I dont know if you have found your answer but I believe they are vw pads and calipers.

Donny Pete from Australia here, they are 1970 1500 model front disc pad from a beetle I know they should be easy to find there in abundance over here, I have some in my stock here at Panther Trikes Victoria on facebook. Hope that helps you
